Client information stays on your device
Superbills and Good Faith Estimates are created entirely in your web browser. The names, dates of birth, diagnosis codes, session details and amounts you type are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
If you tick “Remember provider details”, your own provider details (name, address, NPI, license, tax ID, fee) are saved in your browser's local storage on that device only. Untick the box or clear your browser data to remove them.
What we do collect
- Anonymous usage events: which page was viewed, whether a PDF was downloaded or a button was clicked, the referring site and the approximate country. These events never contain form contents.
- Early-access list: if you join the Pro list, we store the email address and practice size you enter, to tell you when Pro is available.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability.
- Analytics and advertising measurement: we use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and the same anonymous events. Google Analytics sets cookies and may be used to measure the results of our Google Ads campaigns. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How we use it
To understand which features are useful and to contact people who asked for early access. We do not sell personal information. To leave the early-access list, email hello@superbillkit.com.
Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the PDF library from Cloudflare's cdnjs. These services receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when your browser downloads those files.
